Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States.

If your country is not listed, please contact our customer support.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

USA: 2–7 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen events), delays may occur.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping: FREE
Express shipping: $4.95


5. Customs & Import Duties (USA)

For deliveries to USA, customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply. These are imposed by USA authorities and must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

We have no control over these charges.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation.


7. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs incurred.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support immediately at:

9. Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
