§ 1 Basic Provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded between you and us as the provider (AuraGlowOnline – LYNVO LIMITED) via the website auraglowonline.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby rejected.

(2) A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily personal, family, or household-related. A “business” (or “merchant”) is any individual or legal entity acting in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity.


§ 2 Formation of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods. Our online listings do not constitute legally binding offers but are invitations to place an order.

(2) You may submit a binding order via the online shopping cart system. The goods you intend to purchase are placed in the “shopping cart.” You can access and modify your cart at any time.

After clicking “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” and entering your personal data as well as payment and shipping details, you will be presented with an order summary.

Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to review, correct, or cancel your order. By clicking the button to complete the purchase (e.g., “Place Order,” “Buy Now,” or similar), you submit a binding offer.

You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order; this does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

(3) We accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods within a reasonable timeframe.

If we do not accept your order, any payments already made will be refunded.

(4) Order processing and communication are conducted via email. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is accurate and capable of receiving messages, including ensuring that emails are not blocked by spam filters.


§ 3 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


§ 4 Warranty and Liability

(1) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goods are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where otherwise required by law.

(2) You are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery and notify us promptly of any defects or damages.

(3) Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or violations of consumer protection laws.


§ 5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(1) These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Delaware or California], without regard to conflict of law principles.

(2) Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the applicable U.S. jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

(3) The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.


§ 6 Returns & Refunds

We offer a voluntary return policy as outlined below. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.

6.1 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns sent freight collect.

6.2 Processing Fee

A flat processing fee of €5 (or equivalent in USD) may be deducted from refunds to cover administrative handling, inspection, and logistics.

6.3 Return Conditions

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by us.
Goods must be securely packaged and returned in proper condition.

6.4 Condition and Diminished Value

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

6.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the original payment method.
